About Engineered Handling Systems

For more than 30 years, Engineered Handling Systems has customized and installed a diverse line of material handling and storage solutions for warehousing, manufacturing, and distribution businesses of all sizes. We have over 200 major suppliers available to provide practical, top-quality products.

Our History

Engineered Handling Systems was founded by Joe Turecek and Jerry Tobeler in 1988. The original mission was to design, supply, and install solutions that fit our clients’ needs – a mission that still holds true today.

Over the years, Engineered Handling Systems has grown because of our people and the thorough job that they do. We are knowledgeable, sociable, and we believe we convey that to our clients with respect and full transparency.

We are problem solvers.

Our staff will analyze your company’s logistical issues and provide solutions as simple as a parts bin or as complex as a full turnkey system. We will help you achieve a higher level of productivity and safety while reducing manufacturing or distribution space.

We are collaborators.

We work closely with you from start to finish to make your systems smarter, safer, and more efficient. EHS will never charge you consulting fees. Open, respectful communication with you is our most important tool to find your company the best possible solutions.

We are professionals.

After working with you to provide the best solutions for your company, EHS will provide detailed drawings and turnkey responsibility for your projects, full controls integration, and electrical and mechanical installation.
